the lego stations were fun. characters visited the hotel and that was a nice touch. breakfast had many choices and everyone found something they liked (especially the pastries).

the hotel felt dated and could use some updates. i noticed scratches in the paint and some stains on the lobby chairs. i found it frustrating that i received a parking ticket, especially given the cost of the room.

the room offered a large, clean bathroom. the hotel provided a couple of games for entertainment. i explored many fun lego themes throughout the hotel (a real treat!).

the noise from kids running around early in the morning was audible.

the staff are polite, friendly, and helpful. i experienced easy check-in directly to the room. staff provided information and directions promptly. the hotel offered a bridge connecting to the park, convenient.

The hotel's location was convenient.

The pirate-themed room was a letdown. There was a strong smell of urine in the hallway. The furniture was old and worn with no soundproofing. I could hear loud conversations disrupting my sleep.

The Lego theme created an immersive and exciting atmosphere for children. A play area with plenty of Lego bricks encouraged creativity. We found the staff to be consistently attentive and friendly.

The room had limited soundproofing, and noise from the hallway was disruptive at times.
